County Library Hosts a Gluten-Free Cooking Demonstration
Release Date: July 01, 2011

Cape May Court House – The Cape May County Library invites the public to attend “Gluten- Free Summertime Fare” presented by Chef James Harris at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19. The program will take place at the Main Library located at 30 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House.

This qualification enables Chef Harris to assist chefs and restaurants desiring to learn about gluten-free cooking - the right way!
Registration and a valid library card are required to attend. For additional information, please call 463-6350 or visit online at www.cmclibrary.org.
