JC Penney Presents “Round Up Check” to Cape May County 4-H
Representatives from the JCPenney store in Rio Grande presented a check in the amount of $1,353.97 to B.J. Webersinn, 4-H Agent with the Cape May County 4-H Youth Development Program, on June 28. The funds were raised during the last five JCPenney Afterschool Fund’s “Round-Up” promotions.
In Cape May County, the local JCPenney store has presented a total of $2,112.30 to the 4-H program to date, all of which will be spent on 4-H youth school programs within the county.
Congratulations to the following five JCPenney Associates, who had the highest percentages of their customers say yes to “Rounding Up” their total and donating to 4-H in March: Debbie Alexander, 94%; Claire Bergin, 78%; Patti Sands, 53%; Charlene McPherson, 50%; and Dolores Burkholder, 49%. 4-H would like to thank the entire team at JCPenney Rio Grande for their efforts.
