Child Safety Seat Inspections at Burke Motors August 21, 2010 Child Safety Seat Inspections. The Cape May County Sheriff's Office with Burke Motors has scheduled a car seat check every 3rd Saturday of the month. The inspections take place at Burke Motors between 9am and 1pm. Car seat checks take between 20 and 30 minutes per seat. Nationally certified technicians will observe how the child arrives in the seat, review the current seat installation and point out deficiencies, check for recall and walk the parent / caregiver through the proper installation and ensure that all children leave safer than they arrive. Children should be present and in their car seat. You may schedule an appointment but it is not necessary for the Inspections at Burke Motors only. . Call 609-463-6425.
